My(15/m) mom wants me to tell her how I feel but if I do my life would probably be worse. She hates when I tell close friends about how I feel, and I'm not taking to my brother or sister cus they just enable her. I can't even talk to friends rn cus I'm not allowed to have friends. Plus I've gone on other subreddits for support but they think that claiming to love someone is an excuse for treating them horribly. I don't how my mom(idek if should call her that tbh) expects me to get my emotions and feelings out when all my safe and non judgemental spaces are either controlled, monitored, and cut off by her.
TLDR;I have no way to vent my emotions and feelings.
