Somebody anonymously messaged me (25F) on Facebook and said my boyfriend (30M) was planning to cheat on me

We’ve been together for a year and a half... Yesterday I got a weird message from “Sara Paulson” that said when I go to university next semester (which is in another town) my boyfriend was planning to cheat on me. Sara Paulson strangely knew which university I was going to and what I was studying. She explained in detail that my boyfriend was talking to an ex friends with benefits named Jessica behind my back and they were planning on meeting up.

I asked Sara Paulson why doesn’t she tell me in person and that would legitimize her claim and she responded that didn’t want to get involved. I asked my boyfriend about it and he denied it all, but I got insecure and we got into an argument about it.

I’m my boyfriend first serious relationship in years and he told me he used to sleep around...a lot and now I’m paranoid he would cheat on me.

How can I calm my nerves and insecurity. My boyfriend did admit he almost cheated on his last serious girlfriend when they were breaking up.

TLDR- I got a Facebook message saying my boyfriend was going to cheat on me.
