I’ve been dating my girlfriend for four months and we’ve made the relationship official after two months. We’re both 24.
Even though we’ve only known each other for four months, it feels a lot longer and the relationship has progressed very quickly. F.e. we’ve met each others families, been on a vacation, weekends away, been in daily contact since the day we met and spend 2/3 full days with each other every week at this point.
We’re both very much in love at this point and are not showing it with actions but also in words. Especially after we’ve had sex we’ll have pillow talk about how much we like each other and I’m always really into it at that moment. Then when she leaves my rationale wonders if things are moving too fast.
F.e. we’ve casually discussed her moving in with me in the future, growing old together and last night she even brought up kids. She said how she fantasizes about being pregnant and how our kid would look as we’re an interracial couple. How she saw me as having the right qualities as a father etc.
Is this normal? In the moment it feels so right to talk about these things but then when she leaves the thought of me only knowing her for four months pops up in my mind now and again. Would like to prevent seeing things from rose tinted glases.
Tl;dr: gf of four months is talking about kids already. Should I be worried?
