Going through this emotional roller coaster right now. We had been together for more than 6 years and she broke up with me around 3 weeks ago. I have been going pretty strong, I would say. I have managed not to think a lot and trying to move on to focus on myself.
The thing is I have more than around 20k pictures of her on my hard drive/ phone/ laptop (we used to travel together). I am having a hard time deciding if to just delete all her pictures from everywhere. Actually I come across her pictures and then I start missing her. I have no expectations that she is going to come back. Even if she wants her ego won't let her come back. I don't want to be waiting for someone who just didn't care about hearing me or give a proper closure.
It is really going to be difficult for me to delete her pictures, there are so many memories. Also, the pictures are scattered all around folders and devices.
Any other advice to help in this process of moving on is appreciated.
TL;DR Going through a breakup from a 6+ year breakup since 3 weeks. Have more than 20k pictures of my GF from our travels together. Those pictures remind me a lot of her and our times making it difficult for me to move on. Should I be deleting all those pictures?
