How do I (22f) politely tell my roommate (23? 24? F) that I need space? She’s not getting the hint AT ALL

TLDR; roommate is getting too cozy with me during quarantine and I need a way to politely get her to leave me alone.

So one of my roommates is really sweet and she means well but lately she has been driving me up a wall and the way she treats me can really rub the wrong way (I can go into detail if you’d like but I’ll try to keep this brief)

The problem is she is just soooo clingy and with work from home she expects everyone to all work in the living room together all day every day. If I work in my bedroom she starts texting me trying to lure me downstairs or asks if I am okay (which is a pet peeve of mine to the extreme).

I’ve been hiding in my room all week from her because I just know I’m gonna blow up on her sooner or later but the problem is she’s been camped out in the living room and holds me hostage with conversation everytime I step downstairs. I’m starving because I’ve been living off the snacks in my room lmao but I really wanna go down there to cook. How do I politely tell her to fuck off? I know that she won’t take it well based on how she acts when I’m being quiet around her....
