Me(16M) and the little sister of my best friend (13F) have been talking a lot recently, and have become pretty good friends. It started when I got a random text from her, which isn't unusual as she's texted other people from me and my friend's friend circle/robotics club. However me being too nice I suppose, we ended up talking a lot more than she does to the other people, multiple hours per day. She's told me some pretty personal stuff too, and I don't exactly mind that, though I know many people would consider it wierd, and I do too a little. What I'm worried about though is her coming to depend on me, and thus having socialization problems. She's told me she doesn't have many close friends, and of the close friends she does have they don't hang out outside of school, just in school friends. Her sister and mom have expressed their disapproval and that she needs to find friends her own friends. And honestly I agree, I don't want to end up being her best friend because I think that would be damaging to her ability to make friends.
tl;dr My best friend's younger sister and I have become pretty good friends, and I'm worried she's gonna come to depend on me and it's gonna cause issues for her.
What do I do?
