TLDR; A few hours ago I got a message from an instagram account with no followers. It had screenshots of my bf telling someone on how he eould drag his tongue all over this woman's body and other explicit things. He once said to friends this woman was his ideal woman. Didn't mention it yet. What do I do

Hey r/relationships. My world got turned upside down 4 hours ago and I am so numb I don't know what to do.

I live with my bf of about 7 years. We've had 2 rough patches in the past 2 years.

Last years rough patch was we had a dead bedroom for at least 6 months. From the moment we moved in together its like he seemed less and less interested in me sexually. I brought it up a few times - and then I saw him leave a flirtatious comment on a womans instagram which made me feel even worse because hes publically flirting with someone AND not showing any mind to me. I confront him about that. He apologizes. I'm obviously very mad. Sometime that weekend I'm about to shut off his computer before bed but I turn on the monitor to see if he was in the middle of anything that needed to be saved before I shut down. I see facebook is open and I see my name in a groupchat. I click. He mentions how I must be jealous because the girl has a rockin body and I'm comparing myself. He also mentions in the chat that this other girl(we'll call her G) is his ideal woman.

So, a few days later, I flip out. We have a long talk and he apologizes. We still have a kind of dead bedroom for the next few months until we get into a very long argument about his low libido but still masturbating everyday to reddit chicks.

The person replies that they think she looks great too and he speaks about another woman saying how she needs to just post full nudes already and if he saw her bent over with butt plugs and fingering herself he would go to church again for the rest of his life.

hes been home since a little after I saw it. No idea who he was talking to and some names are blocked out. I'm pretty numb after reading this especially because I'm sick and we were just talking about marriage/kids the other day and we did pick out a ring. How do I even bring this up? He's sleeping next to me right now. This is so messed up. Its one thing to think someone is attractive and tell your friends that, but this is kinda another ballpark, no?
