My boyfriend of 4 years(M24) and I (F22) moved back in with his parents to save for a house and I feel like im gonna lose it one month in

I wanna start by saying I'm super grateful for them allowing us to live here and thats why I am so nervous addressing this going forward. My boyfriends mom(F46) has 8 animals living in the house (4 dogs/4 cats) and a bunch of chicken outside which is cool I love animals but with a lot of animals comes a lot of messes. Their house is always dirty because she expects everyone else to clean up and never cleans herself which I hate but its her house so I help where I can and never leave a mess and I just bite my tongue to avoid getting yelled at. Obviously that is taking some getting used to on my part as shes not my mom and I didn't grow up used to that so im just trying my best to avoid rocking the boat.

But it gets worse, She is a fan of breeding her animals, which to each their own, but she has female dogs and obviously they go into heat. Well her newest dog has been free bleeding all over the house for 2 weeks and its really really getting to me. We (her children and i) even asked her to put a diaper on her, which I think is reasonable. She put it on her for all of 20 minutes on one day over a week ago.

I really have a hard time communicating with her because sometimes she's a bit unpleasant and brings up weird things that makes me feel like she doesn't like me. I do not want to be the one to talk to her about it but I think my boyfriend is so used to this that he just deals with it. I just have no idea what to do I communicated with my boyfriend that im feeling really overwhelmed here and I guess we'll talk about it tonight after work. But it feels like there's no easy solution.

I just want to keep the peace truly but none of this feels okay. No one should just have to deal with that. I dont feel like its appropriate for me to address it with her but I don't want her to get angry and tell us we need to leave. I get that its her house but im so uncomfortable and I don't know what to do.

TL;DR My boyfriends mom let us move in while we save for a house. She has 8 animals in the house and it's always gross because of that. Now one of the dogs is in heat and bleeding freely all over the house after we asked her to put a diaper on the dog and its grossing me out a lot and I feel like im gonna lose it.
