My [late 20's/F] boyfriend [late 20's/M] doesn't ever want to attend my social plans and im starting to feel embarrassed

I have been single most of my 20s so I'm very used to doing things on my own. We've been together almost a year and spent most of it in and out of lockdowns so social plans were limited.

He has social anxiety which I completely understand but now lockdowns are ending I'm getting invited to things with other couples and its upsetting me that he constantly says no.

Like I've not socialised much in the past year and going to these things alone feels so overwhelming. And to be there with a bunch of couples whilst I sit on my own feels embarrassing. He still does social things with his friends but im not included in those but hes always invited to mine and says no.

I don't pressure him because he works a lot and I want him to spend his time how he wants to but I'm becoming more and more socially isolated because I don't want to be the only person there alone.

TL;DR: my boyfriend doesn't ever want to attend social plans with me and its starting to upset me
