My ( 24M) mom ( 54F) wants me to live with her so she doesn’t feel lonely and has additional financial support. I don’t want to do this. Am I acting wrong?

I am her only child and she has health issues ( though they are not debilitating ones) She is separated from her dad and is isolated from the rest of her family since she is the only person who lives in the US( rest of my family lives in India) She wants me to move back in so she doesn’t feel lonely and wants me to help out on her mortgage payments and home maintenance. I really don’t want to do this at all. I feel like I would be financially enslaved to my mother for the foreseeable future if I agreed to move in. My mother isn’t a bad person or manipulative; She’s an excellent person who has raised me well. But she feels very lonely and is physically distanced from the rest of my family. What should I do?
TL;DR; My mom wants me to live with her and pay off her mortgage because she is lonely and isolated from her family. I don’t want to do this.
