32/m. Have my "shit together" (own place, decent job, car). Probably average in looks. But I have a lot of health problems. And In 16 days I am getting a testicle removed for chronic pain of an unknown origin. I tried for 9 months to get to the source. Antibiotics, CT scans, physical therapy, time. 3 urologists couldn't figure it out. I can't ride a bike or even sit comfortably so it's pretty much debilitating.
I can't believe what an anomaly I am and how rare this kinda thing would have to be (the only hetero men that EVER get a testicle removed are cancer patients). The chronic pain every second of every day for almost a year has completely broken me. This might solve my pain but now I'm insecure not only about fertility and that it's a dealbreaker
TLDR: 32 single, losing a testicle in 2 weeks to chronic pain. Worried about relationships.
