So i moved w my boyfriend 1300km away, to a different country.
My aunt is with her new boyfriend in a camper crossing countries and visiting my new home (i live here now for a year) for the first time.
Her boyfriend will meet mine for the 1st time too.
They are sweethearts and i love them unconditionally.
I have updated them with dates when they could come and when we have friends from our home country flying over for the past few months.
They are driving now for ..3+/- weeks. Havent heard from them.
My Nmom randomly texts me if they have arrived. I answered that i go and check.
I checked in on whatsapp w my auntie and said that we booked a lastminute get away for a few days for tomorrow until friday. And asking how they are doing.
I get a text back, we will be there within an hour.
Mind you, i havent slept all night because i was working and worrying about stuff and organizing our trip (which i really looked forward too).
I just wanted to get a quick powernap and get to work (remotely on my business) and get packing.
My plans are ruined and we (bf and i) are pissed. Is my reaction normal or should a suprise like this be happy and cheery?
TLDR: Family coming over within an hour (as i type 30min) after not updating or contacting me and plans are ruined should i be this pissed off?
