Contemplating whether to marry my (30F) BF (35M) or not because he and his parents have a lot of debt

BF and his parents run their very successful family business which is currently sitting on a low 9 figure debt. I got to know about this recently and I'm contemplating whether to marry him or not.

As much as I want to marry him, I'm worried dead about the debt thing, but my BF tells me that it is common to have that amount of debt with the kind of business (construction) they do. He also told me that their company is liable for the debt which is sufficiently backed by assets, and personal guarantees made by him and his parents.

He tells me not to worry and that we should go ahead with our marriage plans.

I will be signing a prenup as well where I'll be walking into our marriage with what I currently have and would come out with not a penny more in case we get divorced since BF and his parents are keen on not losing a penny.

It's just that I'm seriously worried about their debt. I don't want to suffer in case things go south for them.

Advice?
