2 years ago my husband had an affair. I stayed with him (that may have been the wrong choice since we fight a lot about it still). The woman he had an affair with was very angry when he broke it off with her. She was the one who told me about the affair. But she didn't stop there....she was furious with him and did a lot of damage over the next year. She sent texts to his work. She made anonymous phone calls trying to get him in trouble for various things. She basically harassed him for a year.
2 months ago my brother told me he thought he saw her on an amateur porn site. He sent me the video. It's definitely her in a video from 3 years ago. This really enraged me for whatever reason, and I told him I found him disgusting for having an affair with her.
He wants the video. He wants to get her back for all the issues she caused for him. I don't feel any obligation to provide this video to him (I'm certainly not protecting her, but I just don't feel like handing over a sex video of the woman he was fucking behind my back). He says it's very important to him and if I don't give it to him then our relationship can't continue.
Am I justified in refusing to give him this video? I know she did a lot of damage to him, but as far as I'm concerned that is really his own fault....if he hadn't engaged in an affair with her then none of this would have happened.
tldr: husband had an affair and when he broke it off she tried to ruin his reputation and told his employer. I found an amateur porn video of her and he wants it for revenge. I don't want to give it to him. Am I in the wrong?
