My (30 f) brother (23) is being purposely disrespectful and inconsiderate in order to get me to move out since he met his gf (25)

My brother and i live togther in a house our dad left us. In 2019 he began dating a girl who, like him, is not big on cleanliness, does not work so she is at our house all day while he is at work. For the most part i stay at my boyfriend's house as its closer to my job so it didn't bother me but i noticed that when i get home on weekends my brother and i would clash. He acts like i shouldn't be there. If fact, he explicitly 'suggested' that i should move out when i told him about their loud sex noises or the fact that she's at our house all day and does not clean their dishes (I'm not going to go pay rent i can't afford when i have a perfectly good house). And so our relationship has gotten worse.

Over the pandemic i had to help him when he was literally eating rice and ketchup. Yet, the disrespect continues to happen. We were never close and I'm at the point where i'm planning to completely cut him off from my life.

tl:dr: my brother is being purposely disrespectful and inconsiderate now that he has a gf in order to get me to move out of our dad's house. Thinking about cutting ties with him.
