My(26m) friend (26m)of 4 years blocked me on Everything hours after asking me if I wanted to hang out. Why would someone do that?

I tried offing myself about 2 months ago. He came to the er to see me. I confided in him. I don't believe I've ever done anything to hurt him. I'm getting a divorce and that's why I ended up in the hospital. My ex (27f) was also friends with him but she said she hasn't spoken to him at all. Should I go to his house? Send him a letter? I'm so confused. I thought we were close to beat friends but maybe not. Has anyone done this? Do you have advice or consolation? First my wife and then my friend. I'm getting "SI" thoughts again...

Tldr: my friend cut me off with no explanation and i can't think of why he would do that.
