Well the title says it all. I recently moved back in with my parents due to trouble with an illness and have come across yet ANOTHER issue.

Well I was going to town and then I see my door open (my bed faces the door and there's nothing I can do about that) and theres my dad with his phone shining on me. I'm not sure if he realized what I was doing because I put it away quickly. He said what he needed to say and leaves. He came back 5 minutes later, still no knock, and said something else so I really dont think he knew.

Still. I cant have shit like this happening. My mother will often walk in when I am naked (sometimes i like to do that in MY room) and complain I'm naked. Or she will knock quickly and enter right after giving me time to do nothing.

What am i supposed to do? I'm trying to find a job and move out but it's not going well.
