We’ve been together for 8 months and initially he(m30) gave me reasons to mistrust him by talking to his ex and not telling me (in a flirty way),etc. I eventually moved on and we’ve been okay since. Last night he thought I was asleep and I overheard him talking about us to his friends who were staying over. He told them how I always think that he’s cheating even though he’s not, omitted all the shady things he did and basically made me a crazy gf. His friend asked why we’re still together and he said it’s cuz of our chemistry and personality compatibility. He went on to say if we break up he knows what to look for in his next girl. I’m honestly crying over it and idk if I’m overreacting and I haven’t talked to him about it but I definitely want to. What to do?
