The argument is pretty simple, but she's being very hypocritical. Pretty much 2 weeks ago I was planning on going to a party with my friend, but my gf was out of town and couldn't come with me. I ended up not going for different reasons. Afterwards I told my gf that I wish I went because it looked like a lot of fun, and she told me she would've been upset if I went without her. Because it's "her friend's" party. Even though a lot of my friends were there, AND her friends were the ones who inviting me.
Next week I'll be on vacation and there's going to be another party for my friend's birthday that I told my gf I won't be able to go to, and she said she was going to go anyways. I got upset because of the obvious hypocrisy and started an argument. Again she said that's it's different because "her friend's are hosting the party".
But now today I'm finding out that I'll be home that day and am able to go to the party. I'm still upset about the whole thing, and I want her to understand how what she's saying is unfair. But I'm also just mentally exhausted and I'm wondering if I should just let it go and just go to the party with her?
TLDR - My gf and I had an argument about her going to a party without me, but now I'm able to go. Should I just drop the argument and just go with her?
