Friends all smoke weed when I can’t

I’m not going to go into specifics, but I (22m) can’t smoke weed due to health reasons. However, over the past few months, most of my closest friends (21-22m) have begun smoking weed regularly. When we hang out, I’ll still drink alcohol like we all used to, but they’ll all go and smoke blunts outside. We’re all going to my family’s cabin this weekend, and they all want to smoke weed up there. Would I be justified if I told them that they can’t smoke while we’re there or else they can’t come? Especially because it makes me feel horribly left out?
