I don’t know if I should say something about my coworker [61F] who had a violent outburst.

tl;dr: my coworker aged 60F found out that one of her family members was injured so she became physically aggressive towards her husband in front of my customers (disabled children).

My coworker is the most toxic person I’ve ever met in my life. She’s known for having problems with virtually everyone else in the office.

Today she had a personal emergency that she called her husband and - in an extremely loud voice - screamed at him. The customers saw her action and I saw her making “I’m going to punch you” gesture to her family as well (they briefly skyped).

She cried throughout the afternoon and finally went home earlier. To be frank I’m not surprised that she acted this way but not to this degree of escalation. Should I tell my boss?
