I (34F) reported my supervisor (40M) for verbal harassment. He stepped way over the line, and I had enough. When I reported him, I found out that he already had a sexual harassment report filed against him by another woman. Our manager felt that he was targeting me due to envy and the fact that I don’t let myself be controlled (he is very controlling and has a huge ego).
Management promptly moved me out from under this supervisor so that I would no longer have to report to him.
Then, I found out that he was telling people that I was targeting HIM and that I was out to get him. He took no responsibility for his actions at all, and just painted me as the bad guy.
He now sulks and pouts whenever he’s around me, and yesterday he made a passive-aggressive comment about not getting on my “bad side”. It’s sick. He is the one who wronged me, and I had every right to defend myself, yet he’s flipping it around on me and trying to make me feel guilty and like I’m the aggressor.
TLDR: Reported supervisor for harassment and now he’s playing the victim
