So first of all, thank you all so much for your comments and advice. I ended up talking to my boss (a.k.a. Dad) about how I felt in terms of how I am being treated at work, how I am being paid, and where I see my career going. I didn't get a pay raise, but he was very clear with me that he doesn't want me to feel trapped and has offered to fully support me should I choose to find another job. He also offered to pay for my expenses (tuition, rent, etc.) if I choose to go to grad school and said that the business would always be waiting for me if I ever wanted to come back and take it over. In the meantime though, I've decided to suck it up, get a roommate, and move out to get some space from my family. I'm very fortunate that my dad was so understanding of this situation and that being honest didn't hurt our relationship. Currently, I'm studying for my GRE and LSAT to apply for a joint master's and law degree. The date of my leaving the company is still TBD, but things are looking up. Thanks, Reddit!
TL;DR: Things worked out pretty well :)
