About a few weeks ago, I (F, 23) posted a thread asking for advice if I should break up with my boyfriend (M, 36). We live together. Good news: I did.
Since the breakup, he has been drinking (I broke it off last sunday) and came home drunk about 3 times. Last night, he did again. He came into the room. It was 3 AM and I was sleeping. I woke up with his head between - well, my legs. I immediately told him to stop whatever he was trying to do.
After rejecting him, he went to the living room and watched porn with the volume on max, as if he wanted me to hear it.
TL;DR: Is this considered assault?
