We were a couple for 2 years. During our relationship I became chronically ill which was super hard and I moved with him at the beginning of the pandemic. I think he became really depressed, working from home, not having his usual activities and being overload by his decision to start a PhD. He is physically healthy but has not many relationships on a daily basis and was mostly just staying in the flat with me. The relationship became very close and 24/7, which for me was fine and I had still some other activities. He had regular anger attacks, where he was doing either self aggressive stuff or telling me to disappear. Last time he has left me in our holiday Inn and drove away 3h back home just leaving me there and not contacting for 3 days. Now he had this attack again, I offered to go for a few days away from the city such that he has more space and can come back to himself. He texted me to move out when I am back. I feel really devastated and hurt so much. I love him a lot, we were so much through. In the last weeks we were looking for a nicer bigger apartment, we bought a car, he was telling me that he loves me. This sudden change and no resentment from his side many days after the text make me really shocked and sad. I have no possibility to have a dialogue with him.
TL;DR boyfriend texts me to move out. He had problems with sudden anger attacks. I feel so sad about the end the relationship especially in this way and no possibility to have a dialogue.
