This might sound really dumb so I'm sorry about that. My girlfriend (15F) and I (16F) have been together for eleven months now. We're long distance (US and Australia) so we only get to see eachother and talk through video calls and text messages. I can tell that my girlfriend loves me a lot, she really does. However, she doesn't really make an effort to speak to me, at all. I initiate all conversations and video calls and honestly. I also stay up sometimes waiting on replies from her that I never get, she doesn't even respond the next day. I'm pretty sure if I didn't text her we'd go days on end without speaking to eachother. It hurts me so bad. Maybe I'm just clingy, but I miss her a lot and it just hurts because I feel very uncared for. When she tells me stuff like she misses me or cares about I genuinely can't tell if it's true because she certainly doesn't show it through initiation of speaking. And before you ask, yes I have talked to her about this. I had mentioned it before a few times but one night it finally got to the point of where I broke down crying telling her I couldn't do it anymore. I needed her to make some effort to speak to me and she said she would be she hasn't. I cry about it a lot. I just miss her so much. And before you say anything, I'm completely understanding of when she's busy and doing stuff/with others. It's more of when she's just doing nothing all day/week but never even tries to make an effort to speak to me. What should I do?
TLDR; My long distance girlfriend doesn't text or call me unless I do so first. I miss her dearly and it makes me extremely upset. What should I do?
