TL:DR: My gf have been paying for an apartment since December and were supposed to get the key by Christmas. It is now February and she keeps making excuses to why there is still no key. I have yet to see the place and I can’t get in contact with the landlord.
So we’ve been together since November. She told me that she’s waiting for this apartment that she had already payed first down payment for. It’s this pretty big top floor loft just across the street of where I work (Sweden btw). Cool.
So we were first supposed to go see it together by the end of December. I’ve never spoken to the guy she’s in contact with and I’ve never even seen her write to him as there is some ‘surprise’ about this whole thing that I can’t know about yet.
January came and when I asked about it she was just always saying we’d meet up with him and get the key next week. We looked up all these expensive furnitures and I helped picking out all kinds of stuff. I know she has some money laying around but no idea how much.
Never actually saw her buy anything but I’m just trusting her as I have this whole time. I literally get sick to my stomach when I even consider the possibility that she’s lying to me since she’s looking me in the eye and doing it way too good.
Anyway I guess she has bought upwards of $10k of stuff that should already be at the apartment but it’s now February and I have yet to even see pictures of this apartment.
We were supposed to meet him a couple of weeks ago but that day we were meeting a vet for her horse and she was an hour late and we missed meeting him.
I could go on and on about specifics it’s just that lately she seems to be way too foggy on the details. And also it feels like she doesn’t care about this whole situation. I mean we’re going between mine and her parents houses and for me it’s really getting frustrating since I’ve been expecting her to move to this apartment since December.
She seems totally fine and hates whenever I ask questions about the apartment.
Anyway how can I confront her about this without coming across as a total ass that doesn’t trust her? I’ve never met a ‘pathological liar’ in my life and I’m scared to death that this is actually the case here.

Edit: Almost forgot, she were supposed to pay me back for the money I loaned her when we went on a trip together (London,Amsterderdam and Greece) and she sent me a screenshot of sending me the $3,000 but that was 3 weeks ago and they are still ‘pending’ I guess... This is the reason I started to doubt the apartment situation way more.
Writing all of this I feel so dumb even considering her still being truthful to me, I really hope I’m wrong though...
