My[16F] mom[48f] got into a fight with her boyfriend[40m] and she got a bruise and I called the cops

This happened 10pm last night, they were in the front porch yelling at each other in Spanish because my mom told him to take his stuff and leave. Things got physical and she got hit in the face leaving a massive bruise. I decided to call 911

When the cops came he fled into the neighborhood. Me and my mom told them what happened and told her to file a restraining order while they found him and put him in jail.

Today I didn't went to school because I was still in shock and scared about what happened. I decided to go to school tomorrow

I really wanted to talk to a trusted adult about this but I'm scared that they are gonna call my mom and probably the authorities.

Im really really nervous about this and I just need someone to talk to about this

Tl:dr: I wanna talk to someone about a dostismic disturbance I witness, without contacting more authorities
