My [M19] Long distance relationship girlfriend [F18] has blocked me everywhere she could without explanation.

My girlfriend have been in a LDR for 2 years and 5 months. I sent my girlfriend some texts conveying how I was feeling as I had not heard from her in a few days and was getting worried. I don’t usually express my feelings too often, within these texts I told her I’d like to have a productive conversation with a positive outcome. Not long after I told her about how I was feeling I found that she had blocked my number and blocked me on every other form of social media. I’m very confused as to why she did this because she didn’t say anything at all and went straight to blocking me without explanation. Things were perfectly fine a few days prior and it all went south, in my eyes, for no reason. What should I do?

TL;DR: My LDR girlfriend has blocked my number and all social medias so I can’t contact her without explanation because I expressed my feelings.
