my best friend told my boyfriend she keeps dreaming about kissing him

tldr: my best friend told my boyfriend she keeps dreaming about kissing him. am i right to feel a bit weirded out and upset?

i am female 25, my boyfriend is male 23, my best friend is female 24 and her boyfriend is male 23

best friend = charlotte my boyfriend = brad charlottes boyfriend = tom

we are a friendship group, charlottes boyfriend is tom. my boyfriend brad is best friends with him, and she is my best friend.

it is all so pathetic. i really don’t know if i should feel upset by it but i do, i do not give a crap she dreamt about it, it’s the fact she decided to tell my boyfriend. i find it really inappropriate that she decided to say “brad i keep having dreams about kissing you hehe” i do not understand what she was expecting him to say back to her? she also told him when i had left to go home, so i wasn’t there to hear it.

brad also told me he had to sit there for an hour whilst she told him about her ED, instead of talking to her own boyfriend about it, she decided to confide in mine, which is fine, they are friends but it seems like she prefers the advice and support of brad.

she has a boyfriend that she lives with. i would never ever tell someone’s boyfriend that i had a dream about kissing them? even if i did! i know it’s a stupid dream, dreams don’t mean anything! but it’s the fact she told him ??

she is kinda always like this when she’s drunk, it’s not the first time she’s been close with my boyfriend when drunk and i have felt upset before, i just don’t understand why she does it. she is apparently very much in a happy relationship with tom.

when i confronted her about what she said, and told her i think it’s inappropriate to be telling my boyfriend she keeps dreaming of kissing him, she doesn’t think it’s a big deal and started being extremely nasty and used deeply personal insults towards me. she also told me she finds brad extremely unattractive.

i just don’t know what to do, i feel confused by her actions, i don’t know if i should cut her off or carry on the friendship. please give me any advice. it’s all just strange and a mess.
