My [M27] first year teacher girlfriend [F26] is expecting me to help her with her work and also do all the housework, is this fair?

My [M27] first year teacher girlfriend [F26] is expecting me to help her with her work and also do all the housework, is this fair? I have just moved into a new apartment with my girlfriend who is a first year teacher, which is extremely stressful. My girlfriend and I have sat down and discussed her needing support and help for the upcoming school year. I agreed that I would be willing to help her setup her classroom and take over a few more responsibilities around the house. I am now realizing she wants me to take over all the housework with also still helping with her school stuff, which I don't think is fair.

She is saying she does not have enough support. When I am home, I do everything for the dog (food, walks, eye drops), I do the dishes, make the bed, clean the counters and the clutter, and I make dinner for her so it's ready when she comes home. In addition, I gave her $100 dollars so she could by some essentials for her classroom, helped her moved stuff in, and helped set some stuff up. I am also covering a good bit of the bills till her income starts up at the beginning of the school year.

I work a full time job that is very fast paced and stressful at times. It depends on the day, but it can leave me exhausted and drained. I workout and play video games in my free time which helps me relax. She said she does not have sympathy for me since I work from home which she would love to do. It sucks because it feels like I am doing a lot and she's telling me it's not enough. She gets mad at me when I am playing video games when she has so much to do... but I feel like I shouldn't have to help her at all because this is her own job. Is this selfish? Am I an asshole? How much help is expected of me?
