How my girl friend [25F] cheated on me [25M]? we have been in a relationship from 4 years, and why would she do it with my kid cousin brother [17M], and should i talk to him about this?

We where in a relationship from almost 5 years, things where getting pretty serious. I had already told my parents about her, but she was the one who had involved her family first.

Anyway, due too COVID we couldn't meet for 6 months, as my country was on a lock-down and I lived in my home town which was around 200 miles away from her place. As our families where getting too know each other, she had a little kid brother ages 17m same age as my cousin, but he was smart very smart. So I thought it would be a help if he helped my cousin too study, which he did for 3 months.

So, he was there at my gf place for 3 months studying apparently. When it comes to me and my gf we where in a tight spot, no contact from 4 months just a few text here and there, she use too to ignore me when she was with my cousin. So I eventually stopped talking and she also didn't want too speak too me, time went by and few weeks ago my ex gf's brother called me and said there is something going on with your brother and my sister, he saw them kissing and his aunt saw them sleeping very very close too each other on a bed lights off. I was disgusting and what happen would never be in my wildest imagination. I hacked her insta account and read their conversation as he came back home and they where away. I got very disturbed but I held my group and called her and was trying too make her speak the truth too me, at the end she caves in and told me that they have had sex 2-3 times ( fyi which is BS ) and she told me it wasn't his fault, she forced him too have sex as she was alone and missed me a lot she said some disturbing things like he feels like you, he reminds me of you so I went through with it. I spoke too my little (17M) cousin about it he told the same that she forced the first time. I did not tell him anything as his exams are near, just told him too stop talking too her and so did I.

Anyway I am very very disturbed about it she is trying too talk which I do not want too the relationship is over for good. The problem is the kid what should I do with him, I did tell it too his oldest brother (1 year younger too me ) we are very close he was into tears when I told him, also I made him too keep his mouth shut until the kid cousins done with his exams.

TL;DR How should I approach this? with my younger brother, make him realise that what he did was so wrong in many ways. as i am the oldest of us i should talk, but i don't understand how too.
