Is my [27] boyfriend's [27] vision for the future realistic? Could he change his mind?

My boyfriend is going through some soul searching right now, and I love him so much. I am willing to wait for him to find himself.

He says that he never sees himself getting married or living with anyone. His ideal future would be to have me as his primary gf and then have 2 other secondary girlfriends. The girlfriends would only be able to have relationships with him.

I just want to know, is it realistic that there are women out there who would agree to this? I don't know if he is joking or if he seriously thinks he could pull this off.

Tl;dr bf of 1.5 years doesn't know what he wants for future, but says he doesn't see himself getting married or living with a woman. He instead wants to date multiple women at once, but they aren't allowed to date others.
