He fell out of love with me

Him 31M, me 32F. Both previously married and have kids of our own.

He was my first relationship post divorce and honestly things moved really fast. He said I love you after only knowing eachother for a month. Things were going great or so I thought. We got along great and never had any disagreements. He recently broke up with me after 4 months saying he fell out of love with me. We’ve been no contact since. How does this happen? How can someone just fall out of love out of no where? He acted distant for almost a week before breaking it off but the week prior he was still saying how much he loved me and we even talked about future plans. Has anyone ever gotten back together after this? Has the “fallen out of love person” ever changed their minds weeks or months later?

I understand with this being my first post divorce/separation relationship I probably have some attachment issues and maybe even it’s a rebound but it still stings a bit. Especially since I was married to an extreme narcissist

TLDR: first post divorce relationship for me. We moved fast and he fell out of love with me. Has anyone fell out of love then gotten back together after thinking it through?
