My (20sF) ex boyfriend (30sM) of two months gave me a very easily treated STD. How do I tell him this without inviting further dialogue?

I dated this guy for about two months. We broke up because he had some very, shall we say, definite opinions about dating women who had survived abuse, which was a dealbreaker for me. He also tried to gaslight me into believing I was crazy for having that as a dealbreaker, sent me a ton of messages claiming that he knew I was fucking half the town, and said that I should be ashamed of the abuse I suffered instead of advertising it.

(He doesn't know 99% of the full story. He just knows that my extended relatives are antivaxxers who cyberstalk me. I don't hide the rest, but I don't advertise it.)

It's been a few months since we broke up. I decided I was ready to start dating again, so I got tested, as one does when they want to be a responsible single adult. I found out today that he gave me Syphilis.

I have a responsibility to tell him this because (a) I know I contracted it from him, and (B) Syphilis can cause serious problems (like blindness, sterility, insanity, and death) if left untreated; but I don't really want to talk to someone who was cruel to me about something I had no control over. I also don't want to invite him back into my life after the way he treated me when I tried to be vulnerable with him after two months of dating.

Can you guys give me any scripts to deal with this?

TL;DR: Manipulative/potentially abusive ex gave me Syphilis. How do I disclose this without inviting him back into my life?
