I (27F) feel stressed about my situation with my roommate (26F)

Disclaimer, I already posted this situation on the LegalAdvice sub, and it did not help me much.

For a bit of background, I (27F) decided back on November 1st that I was going to move out of my apartment by December 31st for health reasons. I initially thought I was having difficulties with my mental health, but it turned out to be physiological. For this reason, I requested medical leave from work. Since I had been at my job for less than 12 months, I was not eligible for paid leave. So now I am on my savings with no income, living with my parents over 600 miles away.

I have been living with my roommate in the current apartment for about 6 months. We met as random roommates from Craigslist in our former house that had a few other tenants. We moved into a different apartment because it was nicer and I thought she would be easy to live with. I've known her about one year now.

On November 1st, I got approval from my landlord to move out and be removed from the lease with a few months remaining, making my roommate the only tenant. Per the landlord, my roommate was allowed to have another roommate that would not be on the lease. I told this to my roommate and she agreed to finding a replacement. The landlord sent a document that would remove me as a tenant once signed by the both of us.

Now at this point, I have already moved out, and I said I would pay rent through January, but starting February I would not be able to contribute at all and she would need a new roommate by then. She said she would not sign the document removing me as a tenant until a replacement is secured, which I completely understand. I also understand that she does not want to live with just anybody. However, she's not providing any help.

She asked me to find someone, so I have posted ads and talked to applicants. I send any I think are good to her so she can screen them. For the past 4 weeks and out of 30+ interested, I screened 6 people to forward to my roommate. All but two of them told me she never responded. Those two people said they weren't interested after meeting with my roommate.

She rarely responds to my texts and she says she doesn't have a lot of time to deal with finding a new roommate. I'm really trying to find a replacement but I also don't know why she can't be more active in the search if she has the final approval. I'm getting really worried because because my options will be eviction or being taken to small claims court by my roommate.

How can I support my roommate to be more active in finding a replacement without forcing her? How can I better communicate with my roommate on how urgent this is? I mean, can I really influence her to take more responsibility?

I'm going to keep up with the ads I've posted and responding to those interested, but I'm worried she'll continue with lack of communication.

TL;DR - I moved out of my apartment before lease-end and I need my roommate's support to find a replacement to relieve me of financial liability. She hasn't been very active with the search and I'm worried about eviction and small claims court. I need help with ways to communicate with my roommate to get more responses and activity from her.
