I don’t know if this post belongs here but need a place to vent. I’m a senior in college (21f) and everyone I know is getting engaged. I know I shouldn’t care but it is upsetting. I’m trying to stay off social media as much as I can. I don’t have a boyfriend and don’t even know where I’m gonna end up for a job, or what I’m doing with my life. I just feel stuck and alone. I don’t really know how to make myself feel better. How do I not let this affect me?
TLDR; everyone I know is getting engaged and it’s upsetting me. Even though I know it shouldn’t. How do I not let this affect me?
