My partner [20F] tested positive for chlamydia and we have been together for 6 months. Have sex maybe once every 2 weeks due to living situations. Every time it has been with a condom except for when she's given me [21M] head a couple times, but I eat her out pretty much every time we have sex. I haven't had sex with anybody else before so I know I haven't given it to her. However we did have sex for the first time like 9 months ago.
I honestly don't care about the infidelity part right now. I do trust her a lot and I'm aware it can go undetected for ages, but I mean if it's 99% certain she's cheated you guys can tell me lol. More than anything though I'm just very panicked. I'm just wondering what the worst case scenario is (say if I got it the first time we had sex 9 months ago, and it's been untreated since then, am I fucked or is there still a good chance that it will cure from the antibiotics?) Also do I have kind of a low chance of getting it given our sex life? Hopefully someone can put me at ease. I'm getting in touch with my doctor when they're available tomorrow.
TL;DR my 20F partner of 6 months (who I also had sex with 3 months before that) has chlamydia and I [21M] haven't tested yet. No unprotected penetrative sex but frequent oral sex. Kind of panicked. Am I going to be OK even in the worst case scenario?
