I (25F) don’t want to live with my bf (30M) because he can’t remember to take his shoes off in the house

I know this sounds so so stupid but, My (25f) boyfriend (30m) keeps bringing up living together but, he never remembers to take his shoes off when he comes into my house. I know it sounds very silly, but I ask him all the time at least once a day and sometimes I’m not very nice about it but I get tired of asking and it should be a very very simple thing and instead of him just doing it and respecting my wishes he always tries to negotiate and justify instead of just doing what I’ve asked at least a million times now. I don’t feel like he respects my home or my space. Not sure if I’m overreacting

Tl;dr My bf wants to live together but I don’t want to because I’m frustrated he won’t take his shoes off when he comes over. Don’t feel respected in home
