My(M/25) girlfriend(F/24) of 4 years just told her best friend about something I'm secretly into sexually and I'm upset that it was spoken about in the first place. Am I overreacting?

The title hits it clearly. We were just casually conversing and she brings up that I'm into some different things in the bedroom that I'm not completely comfortable with telling people and I feel exposed, I guess.

I have played my taboo off in best before but deep down inside I'm very insecure about it and I really just keep it to myself unless I'm around someone who shares the interest or at least isn't judgemental about it.

But anyways, She has this friend over often and I just feel somewhat gross with myself knowing that her friend knows. I really told her in faith that it would just stay between us but I feel a little betrayed and don't know how to tell her how I feel without looking overlysensitive or an asshole.

TLDR; Gf tells her best friend about a taboo of mine and I don't know how to feel.
