My boyfriend has never told me that he loves me and it’s currently making me feel slightly insecure?

26f with 27m. We met in August 2020, talked everyday and dated until we made our relationship official in December 2020. Because of covid I haven’t got to see him as frequently as I like but we meet once a week for dates and we Netflix party everyday. My problem is, is that he’s never told me the L word. Now I know I love him, I definitely recollect saying it by accident a few times we have been drunk together and he never said it back so when I’m sober I just say that I didn’t mean it. I don’t know why he hasn’t said it to me, it’s been ages and in my experience and my friends experience normally the boyfriend says I love you within 2/3 months of dating. It doesn’t even feel like he is going to say it anytime soon either and sometimes it feels like he I like him more than he likes me because he hasn’t said it yet. I don’t want to say it first, particularly because I said it whilst drunk and he didn’t say it back also because I feel like the man should say it first. I’m not sure how to feel or what to do?

Tl;dr : My boyfriend hasn’t said “I love you” to me even after almost 7 months of dating.
