My (21 M) GF (24 F) Threatens to Ruin my Life by Lying. Help.

My girlfriend threatens that she hates me so much that she will ruin my life and tell the police I beat her, which I don’t, and never have. I have never gotten physical with her before. The mere accusation of this could get me kicked out of co school and I don’t know what to do. She kicked a hole in the wall of our apartment too and I don’t know how to prove it was her and not me, although I’m not sure it matters, since we’re on a joint lease. How can I help myself out of this? Help. Help. Help.
