My [28m] girlfriend [28f] loves tanning but I'm concerned for her health. How should I approach this?

My girlfriend loves indoor tanning beds and uses them frequently, but I'm really concerned about her health. I've only read terrible things about them, how they cause premature aging and skin cancer and are just awful for your health in general. I want her to stop using them but I'm not sure how to bring this up without upsetting her. I know she uses them to help meditate and relax too so this would be a difficult thing for her to give up.

The strangest thing about it is that she says her dermatologist recommended it, which seems to go against what their academy says.

tl;dr: My girlfriend loves indoor tanning beds but I'm afraid for her health, and don't want to upset her when I bring this up.
