My (19M) friends, who don't follow the safety measures, get angry at me because I refuse to hang out with them

This is more of a rant than anything, but here goes. I hope someone can relate and give me some input!

I live in a country that has been devastated by the virus, with figures reaching near 50,000 deaths and over 150,000 sick. This is friggin' serious, it's not something to be taken lightly. Yet, everyone seems to think it's some type of joke: people go partying, or throw parties in their houses with 10 to 20 people, or meet up day after day with no quarantine (you'd think they'd wait AT LEAST 5 days!, which if you get the virus, it's the first moment it'd show up). They do this without masks and following no other safety measures.

Thing is, this doesn't apply to just anybody. Specifically, my friends keep wanting to hang out and they DO NOT follow any of the rules. They touch other people and they don't wear masks. Avoiding the fact that this is incredibly irresponsible not only our country but also the damn whole planet, they get mad or upset when I don't want to hang out, or when I ask them to wear a mask if we do and not to touch me. My dad could DIE if he gets the virus, why can't they understand?

Please, the virus is not a façade. They are putting other people's life at risk and they think that's okay. I am so tired of this and of having to explain myself. Ugh. Thanks for reading.

TL;DR: Friends don't follow safety measures and meet with other people, then get upset when I refuse to hang out with them. I'm mentally exhausted.
