(22F) Ok, maybe this isn't the right sub reddit, but I'm new to reddit and this was the best one that fit. So, my parents are religious conservatives and my brother (20M) got back yesterday after over a year from a religious mission. My mom just told me that because he is back, i need to wear a bra in the house, which I don't do if I'm just going to stay home. She told me that "it's important" and I told her I disagree, to which she responded "I know you do. But it still is important." The subject was then dropped. I know it's going to come up again if I don't do what she says. It's not the first give its come up, but since my brother is home, i know she is going to be more insistent. Is not like I'm showing anything off, I'm just wearing baggy tshirts. I want to be comfortable in my own home.
TL:DR! My conservative mom wants me to wear a bra around my brother and dad and I don't think it's that big of a deal to not have it.
