Desperate for Help: My BF (20M) tested positive for an STI, accused me (21F) of cheating and ended our 1yr relationship.

I could just really use some love, comfort, and advice. I feel empty, disgusting, and alone.

My boyfriend (now ex), called me, telling me he tested positive for Chlymidia (his doctor did a full work up on him due to some chronic sore throats). He accused me of cheating, and has blocked me on everything. I’ve been 110% faithful, and I was so shocked and confused.

I got tested, and also popped positive. I tried to call him a few days later, explaining to him that my doctor told me it’s likely one of us had it from a previous partner and didn’t know. He’s also had this STI before and if he didn’t treat it correctly have gotten a flare up. He told me he couldn’t take any chances, and he couldn’t believe me. He then proceeded to say that I was dead to him, and I haven’t heard from him since.

He has been cheated on before by multiple women, and it absolutely devastated him. I think that’s where his immediate accusation and stonewalling came from.

I just... I don’t know what to do. I’m having a hard time coping.

He has a behavior pattern where he will find out something shocking and important (like illness of a family member or death of a friend) and he will dump me. Then two days or so later he will call me back and apologize. I keep thinking this is the case... but I’m not sure anymore. I’m just broken. I’ve done nothing but love this man, as hard as I could, and he threw me away like I was nothing. Like a year long relationship was nothing. He’s just, gone.

I can’t get through the day. I can’t eat. I can’t even sleep. Someone help me.

TLDR; my partner tested positive for an STI, accused me of cheating and dumped me. I did not cheat, and he refuses to believe me.
