This is not the first time my dad has displayed such behaviors, I've been kicked out of the house many times while I was underage for either buying the wrong pudding, or it was my fault that someone in our family died and so on. Either way I've found a solution which is living upstairs (these are two different houses just one on top of another) and bills are shared. Fast forward couple of years I'm an adult now and I always pay my share of the bills, recently my dad (50 or so) got into manic episodes of everything is a lie, government is a lie conspiracy theories and that has been happening for half a year already, I am not worried about me as somehow I manage to pay off all the bills by myself, but my sister, today they came in to turn off hot water cause he refused to pay, that is the only bill he pays. I honestly don't know what to do as I'm low on money as well and COVID isn't helping, I work on the internet (youtube) so I could always work my ass off for more income and try to move out and take my sister with me, what do you guys suggest?
tl;dr Dad is having a manic episode over conspiracy theories, refuses to pay bills/taxes so I have to pay for everything and that affects my little sisters mental health, what do I do?
edit: If anyone is asking about the mom, they're divorced she lives in another city but is willing to take my sister in, and helps financially here and there.
edit 2: I've tried to have a conversation about him getting mental help and he refuses and believes they're there to turn him into one of the government pawns, said he has experiences of communicating with secret service over the tv -.-"
