My girlfriend (22 F) and I (20 F) have a tendency to let things get awkward and “off” between us when we’re not together.
We have these moments where we spend days together in a row (which isn’t a problem) and then when we’re texting the day we’re not together, the conversation just doesn’t flow, and there seems to be unnecessary tension.
We don’t have a fight or get into an argument. Just when we don’t see each other or even talk on the phone, things just don’t feel right.
I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this or could give me advice on what to do.
TL;DR: Things are weird when we’re not together.
