I (21F) kissed this guy (21M) at a event a while back, and we have mutual friends and I found out that he’s been telling his friends and people that we have slept together when we never did. It’s really annoying and frustrating and we live in a rural small town so everyone knows each other type thing but it’s really bugging me because it’s not true. I told his friend it’s not true and I confronted him and he just lied about it again and said he hasn’t been saying that but he has.
It’s really annoying because these types of lies might come back to my boyfriend (and he’s quite conservative) and he would get really insecure and upset about it so it worries me plus the most important reason it’s literally not true :/
tl:dr guy is spreading a lie about me and it’s really got me upset and unsure of what to do
