My gf (22f) just told me (26m) a few things tonight drunk that I’m not sure how to feel and at the moment I feel sick to my stomach

At dinner we started talking and long story I could tell something was bothering her so we paid and went to the car to have a private talk to which she told me she isn’t sure but can’t stop thinking about one of her exes. He was her best friend before they dated and if she said she missed him as a friend I would understand but she said she doesn’t know. He also reached out to her responding an Instagram story. She wears a necklace that has her name that he gave to her and so he messaged her “nice necklace” and she told me she responded “I never take it off”. And that made me feel like she still has feelings for him:/ she keeps telling me she wants to be with me and I know she does but I just don’t think I can be with someone who also wants to be with someone else. So I’ve told her she needs to figure out what those feelings are

Then 5 minutes after this, she started saying that I don’t love her for her. And I kept prodding asking why she thinks that and then she finally said it was because she lied about how many people she’s slept with. She told me 5 in the beginning of our relationship and me being only with 1 person in my life it was hard but I eventually have gotten past it. But tonight she said she lied and that the number is actually 16 and she told me 5 because she was worried that if I knew the real number I wouldn’t have given her a chance. While the number is high (IMO) that’s not what bothered me. It’s the fact that she hid it for sometime.

I’m really trying not to let this all bother me but I feel sick. Feel like my heart is 50lbs in my chest.

TLDR;gf may still have feelings for her ex, and she lied to me about how many people she’s been with and I feel sick hearing all this in one night
